"Best Experience"
My husband and I purchased our Nissan Cube back in September 2009 and have LOVED it! Aaron, our sales guy was wonderful to work with and the rest of the staff are awesome. There was a computer code problem with our Cube and SCN was very accomodating. They rented us a car for 8 days, and they figured out what the problem was with the help of 2 Japanese engineers. John, our technician was great in keeping us posted as to the status of our vehicle, and he was very apologetic when he had to keep our car for so long. He wanted to get the code figured out so someone else wouldn't have the same issue. Thank you Stevens Creek Nissan!

"Good service"
bought a car from Steven's Creek Nissan a few weeks ago, a Nissan Altima Hybrid. Love the car. I'm quite surprised to see the negative reviews here, my experience was great. I'm not affiliated with the dealer, and don't know anybody there - I was just replacing my old car which had some problems. (A Subaru Outback w/head gasket issues.)
I did my research before purchasing the car, and knew the incentives and the invoice. I was able to negotiate a price quickly without hassle, getting below the invoice price, with an additional $1500 rebate. Hard to complain about that.
That was my second trip to the dealership, the first being when I went there to test drive the car. No hard-sale tactics when I told them I was in the process of looking at cars, and wasn't going to buy something right then.
At closing the contract guy offered the things you'd expect him to - extended warranty, prepaid oil changes, interior protection, etc. etc., but didn't press the matter when I said I wasn't interested. No questionable added fees, either.
So, in general, a positive experience. Hopefully, if I ever need the car serviced, I won't run into the horror stories reported by the other reviewers!

"Very efficient and accomodating."
I'm surprised that all the reviews here are so negative. I had read them before I took my car in to Stevens Creek Nissan for maintenance, and was really expecting the worst. I had to schedule it for a Saturday morning, due to my work schedule. There were plenty of cars ahead of me and I feared it would take all day. After telling the maintenance mgr. that I had no ride and would have to wait, he pushed the servicing of my car through which probably saved me another hour of waiting. He also didn't try to upsell me on additional services I didn't need, which has happened at Capitol Nissan. Overall, I was very pleased!.
