I must take a moment to thank Wilson Bui for the outstanding service and professionalism he displayed throughout the purchase process. It is refreshing to see that there still are "Good guys" like him in the auto industry. I shopped seven dealers for my vehicle and Stevens Creek Nissan earned my business primarily because of the straight up business principles. On November 10th 2007, I purchased an NEW 2008 Nissan Xterra. Before we pulled into the driveway of our home we knew there were serious problems with the vehicle. We insured was four visits to the service department and several frustrating conversations with Service Advisors, The Service Foreman and probably 25 calls to our Salesperson, which was Wilson Bui. I was quite impressed with Wilson given the fast that even though he had nothing to do with the Service Department, he responded to every one of our (sometimes unpleasant) phone calls in a patient and professional manner. He set up service appointments for us (even on his day off).
In a time when Customer Service is no longer a priority, it is almost incomprehensible to receive the kind of service and help we got from Wilson. Not only did he help us find the right car at the right price, he stuck with us through all the problems to take sure our experience ended on a good note.
I would like to commend you on your staff and let you know that even though I had some unfortunate trouble with my car, I will definitely purchase my next vehicle at Stevens Creek Nissan.
