Future of Car Safety Tech: What You Should Know

These would be much sturdier and larger to be able to handle the weight and force from another vehicle. Like a crumple zone, this safety advancement would disperse the impact forces that occur during an accident.
Another safety advancement that could find its way into the automotive world would be sensors that could detect whether the driver has been drinking or is otherwise too impaired to be behind the wheel. While there are machines like this that already exist, they have to be installed into cars and that usually only occurs if a court orders it.
Having this feature come standard could save countless lives and help drivers realize that they need to call for a ride to get them home safely. This safety feature, like the others that are already in existence, could be incredibly beneficial and have a huge impact on not just the occupants of a vehicle but those outside of it as well.
